Journal of Crop Protection is one of the TMU Press journals that is published under the responsibility of its Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board within the determined scopes.
Journal of Crop Protection (JCP) is an international peer-reviewed research journal published quarterly to scientific studies. It covers fundamental and applied aspects of plant pathology, entomology, and weed control in agriculture and natural resources. The journal will consider submissions from all over the world, reporting the results of original research not being published or submitted for publication as a full paper, review article, or research note elsewhere. The Papers are published in English, accompanied by an additional abstract in Persian. 

Open Access Policy — Journal of CROP PROTECTION is a member of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Journal contents and the individual articles are freely available to readers without subscriptions or payments through the journal website or its permanent repositories.

Article Processing Charge (APC)  — The JOURNAL OF CROP PROTECTION does not charge any fees for the submission, processing, review, or publication of articles. Furthermore, the Journal operates under a full Open Access (OA) model, ensuring that all issues are freely accessible online without any subscription or cost.

 Governing body  — JOURNAL OF CROP PROTECTION is under the scientific control of the Editorial Board, whose members are recognized experts in the subject areas included within the journal’s scope. Some executive roles of the Editorial Board members are delegated to the Editor-in-Chief, who is well-known in the journal’s scope.

Editorial team — JOURNAL OF CROP PROTECTION is under the scientific supervision of the Editorial Team, whose members are all experts with a high number of publications in their field.

Publishing schedule — JOURNAL OF CROP PROTECTION has published 4 issues per year.

Revenue sources/Advertising — JOURNAL OF CROP PROTECTION is financially supported completely by Tarbiat Modares University,  and has no other sources for earning funds. JCP accepts no advertisements on the site or even as a report article. We are trying to promote the published papers widely through email updates, table of contents, email alerts, and postings via social media to increase the visibility and accessibility of each paper. The authors are also individually asking to advertise their works as much as possible.
